I’m a counselor, play therapist, and drama therapist who loves helping kids learn new ways to deal with anxiety and OCD.

Way before I went to therapy school, I was an anxious kid: I struggled with OCD and it took years for me to figure out strategies that worked. The skills I teach families in my office are exactly what I wish I’d had: they’re effective, they’re backed by tons of research, and they’re presented in a way that’s fun and kid-friendly.
