For in-person therapy sessions, you can find our office at:

That’s right off Exit 30 and the roundabouts in Davidson, close to the Community School of Davidson and Davidson Day School…as well as Milkbread and Paper Skyscraper, two of our favorite spots in town.

Online sessions are held on a secure telehealth platform that’s similar to Zoom.

Finances and Insurance

We are not in network with insurance, but are happy to provide you with a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.

All sessions with Heather are $200, and all sessions with Katie are $250. Appointments are 50 minutes long.

We accept HSA and all major credit cards.
